These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases from Rhino Rugby. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

 

1) How can I pay for purchases made at the Rhino Rugby Online Store?

 

The Rhino Rugby Online Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.

 

Please make sure you list your billing address exactly how it appears on your statement to avoid any delays in processing. For credit cards that have a billing address outside of the United States, we recommend paying by paypal.

 

 2) Do you offer faster shipping options?

In addition to our standard ground shipping, we offer Express (3-5 Day), 2 Day, and Next Day Shipping.

 

Express (3-5 Business Days) - $11.95 additional (Order will ship same day if received by 1pm EST M-F)
2 Day (2 Business Days) - $19.95 additional (Order will ship same day if received by 1pm EST M-F)
Next Day (1 Business Day ) - $26.95 additional (Order will ship same day if received by 1pm EST M-F)

 

 

3) How long after I place my order will it be shipped?

You can expect speedy fulfillment on all of your orders. In most cases, if your ordering from the USA, your order is processed and shipped within 2 business days. We ship from New York. Most orders within the US are received within 10 business days.

Overnight, 2Day, and Express Shipments are processed the same day if we receive your order before 1:00pm EST Monday - Friday Only! We are not open on the weekends.

 

International orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days and usually arrive within 2 weeks (depending on the country)

 

Customers please be aware we will make every effort to deliver your entire order in one shipment. For orders taking more than 30 days, we will notify you by e-mail and give you the option to cancel. We ship with the US Post office (first class and Priority Mail) and Fedex. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require Air Delivery, please add $13.50 surcharge.

4) International Customers

International orders are sent via carrier and are subject to broker and applicable customs clearance fees and duty.

 

Shipping charges are the Actual freight charge plus $8.00 for Handling/Insurance. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, we will email you the shipping charges for approval before releasing the order if the original charge does not cover the actual shipping cost.

 

Canadian Customers: We ship your order via FedEx or US Mail. There is an additional charge for Canadian orders. $13 for orders up to $50 and $23 for orders of $50.01 or more. You will be liable for any customs or duty fees. Your order should arrive within 14 days after it is processed.

 

Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

 

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from RHINORUGBY.COM, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

 

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

 

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

 

5) How do I go about returning merchandise that I order from Rhino Rugby?

At RHINORUGBY.COM our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Returns made within 30 day on non-clearance items are entitled to a full refund. We will credit your account, less any shipping charges. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return/exchange an item(s) please complete the return information found on the back of the invoice and include a copy with your return. For a full credit, please use the original packaging in resellable condition with any/all garment tags attached to the product.

 

For orders with "Free Shipping Promotions", the original shipping will also now apply.

 

Please note that any Final Sale or Clearance sale items are final sale only.
You can return them for an exchange or if they arrive damaged only.

Packages must be returned pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. returns. Refunds will be processed when the item(s) are received. We will only accept returns that have all the original tags in place and are returned in their original packaging. Please allow 1 billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

 

If you received an item that is damaged, please contact our customer service department immediately.

6) What happens if I place an order and Rhino Rugby does not have it in stock?

While we make every effort to maintain ample supply of our stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If you order something that is out of stock, you will be advised of the expected delivery date. If we do not hear from you, your order will be processed once we receive the item(s) and shipped to you. If you do not wish to wait until this date you can cancel your order at anytime. Notices are sent every 3-4 weeks regarding extensively detailed items.

 

All prices are in US dollars. Many items are of limited availability and may be sold out. Items may increase in price due to availability without notice, especially on backorders, pre-orders.

 

We try our utmost to deliver absolute, accurate information on our products. However we are not responsible for printing errors or omissions. We are not responsible for typographical errors, omissions or pricing errors.

 

7) When can I shop on the Rhino Rugby Online store?

You can order from our online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

We are able to accept orders worldwide, however some items may not be able to be fulfilled to some countries. This is due to licensing restrictions imposed upon us.

 

8) What is the Credit Card Security Policy of the Rhino Rugby Online Store?


Providing a safe and secure environment for your order information is one of our top priorities. The Rhino Rugby Online Store does NOT keep a record of your credit card number in its ON-LINE database. Therefore, each time you place an order you will be prompted to enter your credit card number and expiration date. Rest assure your can order without any worries!

9) What is the Customer Information Policy of Rhino Rugby Online Store?

At Rugby Rugby we value your privacy. Therefore you should know that when you make a purchase from us or request our catalog, we may on occasion rent or exchange your mailing address with select third-parties for marketing purposes. Your e-mail address is never shared with third parties. If you would like to opt out of having your mailing address shared with third parties, e-mail us at email us and type "Remove Registration Information" in the subject line of your e-mail. 10) Do I need to pay sales tax on my orders? 

Rhino Rugby is required to collect applicable New York State Sales Taxes on all shipments within New York. No sales tax applies to orders shipped to an address in any other state.


Taxes will be charged to NY Residents unless a NY Resale Certificate is provided. Rhino does not remit sales tax to states other than NY. Any sales tax that is not collected is the responsibility of the customer.
