    Tarrytown, NY - As part of the continued growth of the Rhino Rugby and USA Sevens brands, combining authenticity as well fashion with smart-looking apparel, Rhino Rugby today announced that industry veteran George Poulos will be joining the senior management team as Chief Marketing and Sales Officer. He will report directly to Jon Prusmack, owner and CEO.

    George is a highly accomplished apparel veteran with 25-year athletic and sports apparel experience having held senior marketing, sales and operations roles with iconic brands such as Nike, Adidas, Russell, New Era, and most recently, Perry Ellis International. At Perry Ellis International, George successfully launched the company’s global golf accessories and training aids portfolio consisting of category leaders including Callaway, Jack Nicklaus, Ben Hogan, and Penguin.

    “His broad channel experience with team, specialty, big-box sporting goods, department stores and e-commerce make him a great addition to the growing Rhino Rugby team,” said Prusmack, owner and CEO.

    “George’s strong product knowledge of performance apparels, textiles and smart clothing will be invaluable as the brand continues to introduce innovative technical styles that reinforce Rhino Rugby’s leadership position in on-field performance wear, while at same time evolving the brand into cross-over and lifestyle apparel through rugby inspired design cues engineered for both men and women,” continued Prusmack.

    Poulos will be relocating to Rhino Rugby’s newly designed corporate headquarters in Tarrytown, NY located on the picturesque Hudson River.
