Each item we craft is unique and personalized based on individual orders, making exchanges or returns impossible unless there's a defect or an error in the order processing. In such cases, we're here to help you.

Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for free returns or free merchandise exchanges. Return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Please note that original shipping fees arenonrefundable.
To expedite your exchange or refund, kindly include the Return Form, which can be downloaded here (PDF). We strive to process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible. If your return or exchange is time-sensitive, we recommend placing another order for the desired item and then sending your return back. Upon receiving the return, we will credit your account. At Rhino Rugby, we stand by the quality of our products and aim to make your shopping experience as hassle-free as possible. If you find yourself in need of a refund, here's what you need to know. Customized and Team Store items, being tailored to your unique specifications, are exempt from returns unless there's a defect or a processing error.
To initiate a return for other eligible items, please ensure they are in pristine condition, in their original packaging, with intact original tags. Keep in mind that a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. You have a 30-day window from the invoice date to request a full refund. If the return is made after this period, we can offer store credit in lieu of a refund. Be aware that Final Sale/Clearance Items are non-returnable, so please verify your purchase before making the final decision.
