PLEASE NOTE: Customized or Team Store items are not eligible for returns.

Each item we craft is unique and personalized based on individual orders, making exchanges or returns impossible unless there's a defect or an error in the order processing. In such cases, we're here to help you.

Returning Your Purchase:

To initiate a return, here's what you need to know:

  • Items must be in good shape, in their original packaging, with the original tags intact to be eligible for a refund.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
  • You have a 30-day window from the invoice date to return your items for a full refund.After this period, we can only provide store credit.
  • No returns are accepted for Final Sale/Clearance Items. Please review the product details before purchasing.

Return Guidelines:

For a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:

  • Ensure that the items you're returning are clean and in their original condition.
  • All products should be returned 100 percent complete, including all original boxes, tags, packing materials, and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
  • We recommend fully insuring and tracking your return shipment in case of loss or damage.
  • If you receive an incorrect item or the wrong size/color, please contact Rhino Rugby for a return shipping label. Failure to follow this procedure may result in non-reimbursement of shipping costs for returned items.
  • In the case of damaged merchandise, retain the item, original box, and packing material it arrived in. Notify the carrier immediately for an inspection and a pickup. We can't guarantee a refund until the item is inspected and confirmed as damaged or defective.
  • In certain cases, the customer may be refunded the cost of the product, minus the cost of a prepaid return label. If you have any questions or concerns, reach out to info@rhinosportllc.com.

International Returns:

Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for free returns or free merchandise exchanges. Return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Please note that original shipping fees arenonrefundable.

Instructions for Returning Merchandise:

To expedite your exchange or refund, kindly include the Return Form, which can be downloaded here (PDF). We strive to process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible. If your return or exchange is time-sensitive, we recommend placing another order for the desired item and then sending your return back. Upon receiving the return, we will credit your account.
