Welcome to the Terms & Conditions of Rhino Rugby. These terms govern your interaction with our website, the process of making purchases, and your utilization of our services. Please take the time to carefully review these terms as they outline the rules and guidelines for our engagement.
Shipping and Order Processing Policies:
For Domestic Orders, you can typically expect delivery in 7-10 business days, depending on the shipping service selected during checkout. International Orders are usually delivered in 7-21 business days, accounting for both shipping service and customs clearance times. The specific delivery timelines for each shipping service and location will be available at checkout, based on your postal code.
Rhino Rugby's Business Days include Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Review: In certain cases, we may delay orders for a security review, which can range from a few hours to a day or two. This step is taken to ensure the safety of our customers.
Insufficient Stock / Items "Out of Stock": If we cannot ship one or more items from your order due to insufficient stock or other reasons, we will inform you via the email address provided with your order. You may choose to cancel the order for a full refund or wait until the item is available for shipment.
Special Order Items: Shipping and processing times for "Special Order" items, which are not part of our regular stock and are custom-made to your specifications, may vary. To obtain shipping and processing times for such items, please contact your Sales Representative at 1-844-877-4466.
International Shipments: All international orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx and typically take 7-10 Business Days for delivery. Please note that additional shipping charges, taxes, fees, and duties may apply based on the regulations of the destination country or territory. Rhino Rugby reserves the right to refuse shipment to specific countries or territories due to fraudulent orders or payment transactions.
Address Changes and/or Corrections: We will ship your order to the address you provide during the order placement. Any changes to the shipping address must be communicated to Rhino Rugby before the order's shipment. Once shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. Orders returned to Rhino Rugby due to issues beyond our control will incur additional shipping fees.
- Returns made within 30 days from the invoice date are eligible for a full refund.
- If you order between November 1st and December 31st, you have until January 31st to return products for a refund. Returns received after January 31st will receive store credit only.
- Certain items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Custom items, including those with numbering, sleeve alterations, or additional embroidery, are non-refundable.
- Items must be returned in clean and original condition. Unclean goods will be returned to the customer.
- All products should be returned 100 percent complete, including original boxes, tags, packing materials, and manufacturer-provided accessories and documentation.
- Rhino Rugby recommends fully insuring and tracking return shipments in case of loss or damage.
- Contact Rhino Rugby for a return shipping label if you receive the wrong item or size/color. Failure to follow this procedure may result in non-reimbursement of return shipping costs.
- In case of damaged merchandise, save the product and its original box and packing material. Notify the carrier immediately for an inspection and pick-up. A refund will be issued after the item is inspected and confirmed as damaged or defective.
- Some cases may involve a refund minus the cost of a prepaid return label. Reach out to email@example.com for questions or concerns.

To expedite your exchange or refund, enclose the return form available on the back of your invoice, or download it here (PDF). Rhino Rugby aims to process returns and exchanges efficiently. For time-sensitive returns or exchanges, place a new order for the desired item and return the original. Your account will be credited upon receiving the return. Rhino Rugby may offer products or services at discounted rates as part of promotions. Such promotions are at our discretion and may have specific terms and conditions, which you should review.

Our Mobile Terms of Service outline the use of Rhino Rugby's mobile message service. By using this service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages. You are not obligated to sign up for this program to make purchases. Message and data rates may apply, and you are responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages.
