POWA Portable One Man Sled

Rhino Rugby is proud to have partnered with New Zealand's own POWA Rugby! Finally you can buy an American made POWA sled with the same specifications as the original New Zealand models used by such teams as the Wellington based Hurricanes and Hamilton based Chiefs.

The Powa Portable One Man Sled can be easily assembled and transported in your car to practice site. It's designed for coaching new and experienced players.

Specifications:

• Weighs roughly 50 lbs
• Assembled sled will fit in bed of any large truck for easy transportation
• Isolate an individuals technique, angles, and power transfer
• Develop a synergistic relationship between a front rower and a lock
• Can be used by one or two players at a time
• Sled can stow weighted plates or bodies for an added challenge
• Thickness and density of the long life foam pads will simulate feeling of hitting actual scrum
